How to make a booking

When it comes to making a reservation at our guest house, you have three choices. You can either make an instant booking online, fill out a booking enquiry form or reserve your room over the phone.

How can I book online?

You can book our rooms directly from our website. Please look for the “Book Now Online” or “Book This Room” buttons. Once you clicked on the link, you will be redirected to our booking page. NightsBridge powers our online booking system.

Follow these steps to complete an instant, online reservation:
1. Choose the desired dates of your reservation 
2. Then click on the “Check availability” button. 
3. The following step will allow you to choose your preferred room type and the number of rooms you want to book.
4. Now set the number of adults and children going to stay in each room. And you can also change the meal plan from “Bed and Breakfast”, should you wish to have dinner or room only without meals.
5. The next step is to fill out a form with your personal details and answer some booking-related questions.
6. Finally, you can choose your preferred payment method and accept our terms and conditions of the reservation.

As soon as we have received the deposit payment to secure your booking, we will send you a confirmation email with your particulars.

How can I make a booking using the contact form?

If you prefer to enquire, rather than an instant booking, please fill out the enquiry form on our contact page.
Once you submit your enquiry, we will send you an informal quotation via email with your particulars. Additionally, we will provide you with our banking details, so you can pay the necessary deposit to secure your booking. Finally, when we receive the proof of payment, we will send you a confirmation letter of your reservation.

Follow these steps to enquire:
1. Visit our Contact page
2. Scroll down until you find the Booking Enquiry Form on the page
3. Fill out all fields that are relevant to your reservation
4. Hit submit when you are all done

How to book over the phone?

You may also make your booking over the phone by calling either of these cell numbers: +27768005485, or +27765033918. Once we have your contact and reservation details in record, we send you a quotation via email. From this point, the process is the same as previously explained under the online form queries.

We will need you to provide us with the following details when making a reservation via a phone call:
– Full name
– Cell number
– Email address
– Dates of reservation
– Number of guests and rooms
– Meal type (allergies)

Can I make a booking on WhatsApp?

Yes. You can enquire or make a booking on WhatsApp. Similar to an over-the-phone query, we will need the following details for a quotation or reservation:
– Full name
– Cell number
– Email address
– Dates of reservation
– Number of guests and rooms

For your convenience, we can carry out the entire communication, including the quotation and confirmation of your reservation, on WhatsApp as a choice of channel.

What are your reservation hours?

Our office hours are between 07:00 and 18:00. (You may find more details about our office hours on our Legal Notice page).
On the other hand, when it comes to reservations, we differentiate between 2 types of bookings depending on how far in advance they are made. These are same-day and future bookings.

Same-day bookings are the ones that you make less than 24 hours before your arrival. They are also called “last-minute bookings”. You can make such reservations until 16:00 on the day you intend to arrive.
Please take note that for last-minute bookings, we require full payment before arrival to secure your accommodation.

On the other hand, if you make a booking over 24 hours before your arrival, you are not limited in what hour of the day you make your reservation. Also, you only need to pay a 50% deposit to secure your accommodation for future date bookings.
