Do you host events at your lodge

We can host modest, intimate events like small family and company gatherings if you also book rooms with the reservation.

What kind of events can you host at your guest house?

Our team can accommodate the following events with the condition that there is accommodation attached to the booking:
– Baby shower
– High tea
– Birthday party
– Engagement party
– Christening
– Other family events
– Small-scale company events

Please note that we may request that you pay a refundable deposit for breakages for some of the above events.

How many people can you seat for an event?

Due to the limitation of our facilities, the maximum number of people we can seat is as follows:
– 24 PAX indoors
– 40 PAX outdoor (uncovered courtyard)

What meal options can you offer for small events?

We can cater for small gatherings with the following food choices:

Can you accommodate conferences/meetings?

Due to the limited capacity of our facilities, we can only host conferences with a small number of participants as long as there is accommodation also attached to the reservation.

Here are some boardroom setup styles and the maximum capacity we can accommodate with them:
– Cinema/Theatre style = 24 PAX
– U-shape = 13 PAX
– Boardroom style = 12 PAX
– Classroom style = 10 PAX

What equipment can you provide for conferencing?

We can hire the following equipment for conferences:
– Projector with screen
– 55″ LED television
– PA system
– Flipcharts & markers

What conferencing packages do you offer?

We have a variety of conferencing packages available to suit your needs.

Breakaway group – Max 2 hrs – Meeting room + Equipment + 1-2 tea breaks
Half-day conference – Max 4 hrs – Meeting room + Equipment + 1-2 tea breaks + Lunch (optional)
Full-day conference – Max 9 hrs – Meeting room + Equipment + 2-3 tea breaks + Lunch
Full-day confrernce + accommodation – All day – Meeting room + Equipment + 3 tea breaks + Lunch + Dinner

Can we listen to our music?

Our guest house is located in a quiet residential estate. As such, it is against the regulations to listen to loud music or make noise that could potentially disturb other guests or the neighbours.
Having said that, you may listen to your music on a reasonable level, as long as you are not disturbing others. However, you may not listen to music outdoors between the hours of 20:00 and 08:00. Thereafter, you may only listen to music in your room in a manner that doesn’t disturb other guests or our neighbours.
