How can I cancel my reservation?
Should you need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, please do not hesitate to contact our office via email or telephone. Our Team will be more than happy to assist with your request.
However, if you used a third party to make your reservation, we may not be able to assist with your cancellation request.
Cancelling a direct booking
If you made your reservation directly with our team or by using our online booking system, then you can cancel by contacting us on the previously mentioned channels.
Cancelling a third-party booking
However, if you made a booking using an Online Travel Agent (OTA) like Booking.com or Expedia, you may have to request your cancellation via their reservation system or customer support.

How can I change the dates of my reservation?
Moving a direct booking
Any bookings that you made directly with us, you can change by getting in touch with our reservation team via email or phone. We always try our best to accommodate such requests without charging additional fees. Sadly, in some cases, we might need to hold you to our reservation policies.

Moving a third-party booking
To make changes in reservation dates that you placed via an online travel agent (OTA) such as Booking.com or Expedia, you must contact their support team.
However, some OTAs allow you to make certain changes yourself on their booking system.
Unfortunately, there are very limited changes we can make to third-party bookings due to the limited options on their back-end systems.
