An extremely tasty, yet healthy Baked Zucchini fries recipe
An outrageously delicious, crunchy alternative to the french fries is this lovely Baked Zucchini fries recipe from Glow Kitchen. - 1 Zucchini (large)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1/4 cup Extra-virgin Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper (as needed)
Heat the oven to about 220 Celsius degrees.
Cut the Zucchini into about 1 centimeter thick slices.
Now get the French fries shape, cut the slices lengthwise into 1 centimeter thick pieces.
Toss the Zucchini strips in a medium size bowl with the flour, salt, pepper, turmeric, oregano, red pepper flakes, and olive oil until all the pieces are evenly covered.
Bake the Zucchini fries in the oven until browned and lightly crisped, that is for around 45 minutes.
