Seven Layer Avocado Salad recipe

This amazing avocado salad masterpiece doesn’t only look irritably appetizing, but it is also a very healthy option one could choose to have as a main meal. The nutrition ratio of this avocado salad, such as fiber, protein, carbs, fat, vitamins, etc. are in perfect harmony.


  • Greek Yogurt
  • Sour Cream
  • Ranch dressing
  • Cooked and cubed Ham or Chicken
  • Mixed lettuce
  • Avocado
  • Onions
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Bacon
  • Blue Cheese crumble


Mix the yogurt, light sour cream and Ranch dressing, keep them settled in the fridge until the following steps are complete.
Layer the greens, blue cheese, onions, Ham (or Chicken), and some of the avocados in a glass bowl.
Spread a generous layer of dressing mix over the salad.
Decorate top of the salad with more avocado, eggs, bacon bits and tomatoes.
Keep the ready avocado salad in fridge to settle before serving.
